Athletes & Coaches

Dear 2015 Trials Club Coaches and Individual athletes,

Online registration for 2015 Trials will open on Sunday. To enter your paddlers, we need the coaches or individuals that will be entering to email Philip Murphy, who is managing the online registration, and request access. Philip will send them a customized URL linked to that coach and club, which they can use to access the system and enter their paddlers, and pay the entry fees.

To be definitive, here is exactly what Philip needs in that email requesting access to the registration site:

Coaches name:  e.g. Neil Bransfield
Club Full name: e.g. Seattle Canoe and Kayak Club
Club Short name: e.g. SCKC

The last two will set how your club/team is referenced during the Trials regatta.

Please send your email to Philip at philipmurphy@wonderanimal.com

Deadline: Online registration opens March 16th, and will close on April 1st, 2015.

Paddler Eligibility: Competitors in the Junior World Trials must be 17, 16 or 15 on Jan 1st 2015. Competitors in the Senior Trials must have been born during or before 1999. (U23 Athletes must no more than 22, on Jan 1st 2015)

Entry Fees: Juniors and Seniors are $100, par canoeists $50. After online registration closes, the fee for any paddler entered after April 1st is $200.

If you have questions please call me 405-535-9311 or email scaven@okcbf.org. Email Philip direct for entry related questions.
