Rowing

Rowing is a fun way to get on the water and anyone ages 11+ can try it out. Whether you’re picking up an oar for the first time or an experienced rower, we have a youth rowing program for you! At the Oklahoma City Boathouse District and Route 66 Boathouse we offer lessons, camps, coached teams and much more to get you out on the water and having fun.

Want to know if rowing is right for you? Sign up for RIVERSPORT School Discover Rowing to learn the basics. Or join the Chesapeake Junior Crew – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. We also offer the RIVERSPORT High School League for schools that want to have a team.

You’ll find rowing provides competition like no other, and it will put you in the best physical condition of your life. Cardiovascular conditioning, strength, balance, flexibility, and unparalleled teamwork…rowing brings it all together on the water. If you’re looking for something that’s a little different, a little more challenging, and a lot more exciting than anything you’ve ever done before – get on the water. We have a program to fit your needs and schedule. For more information, email us or call (405) 552-4040.
