Planning your event in the Boathouse District is easy! We offer an array of catering options and can recommend local suppliers for decorations, music, photography – everything you need to ensure your event comes together seamlessly.

The Boathouse District has agreements with six of Oklahoma City’s finest caterers. All provide an array of menus at various prices and can provide alcoholic beverages as well.

Tables/Chairs

The facilities in the Boathouse District offer a number of tables and chairs at no additional cost. Options include 12 six-foot rectangular tables, seven 60” round tables, and 75 white chairs (with arms). Five bistro tables and 150 white garden chairs are also available for an additional charge. If you need additional tables, chairs, linens, etc., we will help you find a dependable local supplier.

Decorations

Get creative! Floral arrangements, balloons,creative centerpieces and dramatic lighting can all create a unique and memorable experience for your guests. You may bring your own, or we can help you make arrangements with a local party planner. As you’re planning your event, please note that confetti, glitter, sparkles, hay, straw, bubbles and birdseed are not allowed, and candles are limited to votives only.
